My life passion is to inspire others to embrace change as an opportunity for you to be “released” into their true potential and passions.

I enjoy relating to people from diverse backgrounds, having lived in various parts of globe, and worked within corporate, small business, not-for-profit, and government sectors.  My mindset coaching is grounded by an understanding that life can be complex, and never stands still – having overcome my own life hurdles of grief, recovery from illness, and redundancies.

When you are with me, you are all that matters to me in that moment. I will ensure you feel heard, validated, but also stretched to grow. I coach with compassion, mixed with inspiration and a call to action.

I hold a Masters in Adult Education, and Diplomas in Management and Coaching. My professional expertise is in both Learning and Organisational Development, and Business Management – having held Senior Executive roles in both.

I am also passionate about small business – this being my third start-up business.
